What you'll do
- Design and evolve multi-tenant platform services and shared libraries
- Build golden paths and self-service tooling for product teams
- Champion reliability, observability and security best practices
- Mentor engineers and drive architecture decisions
What you'll bring
- 6+ years building backend or platform systems at scale
- Strong Go or equivalent, plus Kubernetes and IaC (Terraform)
- Experience with multi-tenant architecture and API design
- Track record of raising engineering standards
Nice to have
- Experience building internal developer platforms
- Contributions to open source
- Exposure to event-driven systems
